All curlers under the age of 12 are required to wear approved head protection (e.g., a CSA-approved helmet) during on-ice activities. Youth Under 18 who are new to curling are strongly recommended to wear approved head protection as well. Clean indoor shoes must be worn on the ice. No street shoes or boots are allowed. Shoes should have rubber soles only — no plastic bottoms, as they may cause slipping.

Games run for 90 minutes, with mixed teams set at the start of each draw. Couples are placed on different teams, in the same time slot, to encourage variety and socializing. Game times rotate weekly through three time slots: 6:00 PM, 7:40 PM, and 9:30 PM.
The season includes 3 draws. Depending on registration numbers, some teams may have byes during the draw.
An informal playoff takes place during the final draw, with prizes awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams.
It’s the perfect way to end your week with fun, friends, and curling!
Note: The number of registrations for each league may slightly alter the format. Some leagues may include weekly byes or additional time slots as needed. League play will pause for the holiday season from December 21, 2025, to January 3, 2026. Games will resume after this break.
